From my mom’s kitchen … 2 cups (12 oz) butterscotch chips 1 cup halved peanuts 1 cup dry Chinese noodles Directions: Melt butterscotch chips in microwave for about a minute; stir.  Heat for 20-second intervals after that, stirring between each. Add peanuts and noodles.  Mix thoroughly. Drop on wax paper. Chill until set.
