Rachel’s Easy Tortilla soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15oz) can black beans
  • 1 (15oz) can kidney beans
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 diced zucchini
  • 1 diced yellow squash
  • 1 (16oz) jar of salsa
  • 1 qt. vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Tortilla chips
  • Shredded Mexican blend cheese

Directions:

Throw everything except the tortilla chips and cheese in a pot and bring to a boil. Serve  with shredded cheese and tortilla chips.
