From my mom’s kitchen …
- 2 cups (12 oz) butterscotch chips
- 1 cup halved peanuts
- 1 cup dry Chinese noodles
- Melt butterscotch chips in microwave for about a minute; stir. Heat for 20-second intervals after that, stirring between each.
- Add peanuts and noodles. Mix thoroughly.
- Drop on wax paper.
- Chill until set.
