Lemon-Herb Butter

Yield: Makes about 1/2 cup

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme


  1. Stir together softened butter, lemon zest, parsley, and thyme.
