Terrific Turkey Meat Loaf


Prep: 15 minutes

Bake: 55-65 minutes

Yield: 4 servings


  • 1 egg white
  • 3 Tbsp ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup oatmeal (non the instant kind)
  • ½ cup chopped bell pepper
  • ½ cup finely chopped sweet onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced (or 1 tsp ready-minced)
  • ¼ tsp celery seed
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp dried marjoram
  • ¼ tsp rubbed sage
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 pound ground turkey


In large bowl, combine the egg white, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard.  Stir in the oatmeal, bell pepper, onion garlic, celery seed, salt, marjoram, sage, and pepper.  Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well.

Pat into a loaf in an 11x7x2 inch baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.  Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees, for 55-65 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees.
