- 8 oz sliced baby bella mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 3-4 Tbsp dry red wine (~1/4 cup)
- 1/2 to 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Melt butter in olive oil, medium heat (in sauce pan).
- Add mushrooms and garlic – saute for a few minutes.
- Add wine, pepper, and salt. Continue to saute mushrooms for another 5-10 minutes, until mushrooms are tender and liquid is reduced by half.
