Peanut Butter Pie
- 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup 10x sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ½ cup milk
- 8-10 oz container of cool whip
- 1 9-inch chocolate or Oreo pie crust
Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter alternately with milk. Fold cool whip into mixture. Spread into chocolate or oreo shell. Freeze until firm.
